  Jose’ is very unprofessional. One of his other staff members informed me that they would honor the $25 down payment, but Jose’ tried to make me pay more. On the day of the delivery the delivery guy literally had the TV that I ordered at my door and Jose’ called him and told him not to deliver it because the documentation from my leasing office hadn’t been received. He never informed me that he needed this paper work and waited until the last minute to contact the leasing office. I had an account with an Aaron’s before and had no issues, but since day one this Aaron’s location has given me nothing but problems. I can’t wait until I can end my relationship with them.
