  Purchased a sectional three weeks ago. Spent over $1,200 on just a sectional on a Saturday. I found what I liked and asked if they had it there and the guy told us yes and it's with free delivery. So It was suppose to be free delivery right but only when they can deliver. We asked if they could just deliver it the following Saturday since no one would possibly be home since they were trying to deliver at 10am.... They were like yes thats not a problem. So when the woman called us, she was still trying to deliver on freeking 10am. AGAIN. WE WORK LADY. WE WILL NOT TAKE OFF FOR A DAMN COUCH...... Anyways I explained to her again that we will not be home and to deliver that Saturday. Here is her response. "Saturday is booked, it will have to be the following Saturday or the Saturday after that. Ok so we go in to the store and pick up the sectional, get it back home, there is a whole in the bottom of the sectional. I didn't worry about it. So we get it all put together and everything BAM can't even connect the sectional because the things that connect it are missing from one part. We get it back to the store and the dark slim older guy is like oh ok we can repair it. You got the warranty right??? Ummmm EXCUSE ME??? I'm not using my $130.00 warranty on a brand new damn couch.... After spending over $1,200 on just a sectional We need that new. All that to say we only have one part of the sectional So yeah we're still waiting for the other part...... Never shopping here AGAIN.... oh and thank you to the people that warned us about the five year warranty that they promise to refund if people don't use it within the 5 years .... Good luck to everyone else who had a "great experience"..... If I could give 0 stars, I would.... UPDATE:::I have no more fight in me. Can somebody go and beat American Signature Furniture up for me???? I'm dropping this doggone couch off at their front door and getting my money back.... .. picked up the other part our our sectional this evening. When we got the new one home after waiting an additional week you put two identical pieces so the darn thing still doesn't connect.... I'm sooo done with those unprofessional son of a guns and the company that makes their stuff.... Then I was waiting out back for like 30 minutes only for the loading person to say I had to show my drivers license before he can release it that is why he never came out. Ok I understand that part but I called 30 minutes prior to letting the lady at the back counter know that I was outside in the back and she said ok your loader will pull it right now..... And then when I called back in the store, she lied and said he had a lot of customers back there... Lol lady what are you talking about?? We've been back here at the loading door 30 minutes and no other customers are back here and it was suppose to be FREE DELIVERY...... So you couldn't be kind enough to come out and say that??? No one should have to get out of the car and knock or go inside if they called and waited forever for him not to come out.....Yeah I'm getting my money back...... All this for a couch.......... It's too expensive for me to have to go through this mess..... DO NOT SHOP THERE... ESPECIALLY CAMPCREEK LOCATION.....Good luck if you do............ Zero Stars... #AmericanSignatureFurniture
