  Spent $1,700 online went to Apple Store at Lenox to pick it up.. Very poor customer service. Asked employee where do I pick up online order. He said the look for the lady with glass on the other side of store. With over 30 plus people working there thought to myself where was I going to find her. The guy should have taken me to her. Very poor customer service. Next time just get it sent to your house DON'T GO TO THE STORE.... STORE EMOLPYEE'S NEED MORE TRAINING. People work hard to buy high price Apple products.....
