First thing I did was send an email....no response. Then I had a chat with someone at the company who said he would research it and call me back on my cell. Nothing. I do not expect this level of service after spending $1700. Would recommend using anyone but Authenteak. Update.....after sending a second review on a Saturday morning, Authenteak called me within 30 minutes.....they have said they will send me the missing items so more to come in this rview
