The staff could not be more friendly, professional or welcoming. After our first day, every staff member knew my name and my dog's name. Our dog always seems to have a great time and comes home tired and ready for a nap. They provide a full report for me at the end of each day on how he did and also send me a picture of him at some point during the day, which I love. They are always very flexible and accommodating. We have had a great experience with Bark at the Ark!
