  Wow...where to start with the detailing of their incompetence and horrible customer service. We bought two sets of trusses for two jobs. The first job came in with the wrong snow-load, incomplete, and loaded up on the roof upside-down and backwards! The second job, they sent five trusses for a small 6' addition (should have only been 3). The trusses sent were wrong and should have been attic trusses. When we called, they refused to accept blame and made excuses for everything and still demanded payment. Absolutely not! These guys at the Issaquah branch are atrocious and should not be in business!
