  I am blown away by the service I received here! I arrived early in the day with a watch that needed a battery replaced and my engagement ring that was a full size too big for me. My ring was already a very small size because I have crazy small fingers, so I was worried about being able to keep the engraving my fiance had gotten done on the inner band. This wasn't like initials or some small engraving, it was a full phrase in an elegant font. The saleswoman was honest with me that she didn't know if the jeweler would be able to salvage the engraving and take the ring down to the size I needed, but she would keep my ring and call me with a verdict when the jeweler arrived for the day. About an hour later the jeweler called me and confirmed that the outlook was grim for my engraving but he would try his best and I gave the go-ahead. Imagine my surprise when right at 4pm, an hour before they closed THE SAME DAY, I got a call that my ring was ready and that they had saved the engraving!! My ring is beautiful and fits amazing now! I can't see any evidence of where the jeweler took out metal! I wasn't expecting to see my ring for at least another day or two! I will definitely be coming back to BTH for all of my jewelry needs from here on out!

  Look no further! This staff is the absolute best. We had an engagement ring custom designed by Jennifer on a tight schedule. She worked with us every step of the way, was super professional and friendly, and created AMAZING ring in record time. To top it all off, the prices are great! They can do just about anything here, and they'll do it all promptly and with a smile. We even got a handmade gift and a handwritten note when it was complete. Impeccable product, impeccable service. 6 stars.
