    Price: good Selection: OK Customer service: the pits. After 20 minutes on hold with "customer service" I decided to drive to the store and ask my question in person. I was still on hold when I got to the "customer service" desk! The woman at the CS desk actually laid her head down on the desk while talking to me. Then it took over ten minutes for the cashiers to figure out if it was OK to take my check for $30 - from the same account they took took my $1100 check the day before! There is a lot of competition out there BrandSmart.

    I'm having an absolutely terrible experience with my purchase delivery. I ordered a washer and dryer combo on Friday for delivery Monday. I was contacted twice to confirm the delivery. When the delivery arrived on Monday, it was only the washer, and we were told the dryer is on back order. At no point was I made aware that this was the case prior to delivery. Yesterday, Tuesday, I tried to call and find out when my dryer would arrive. I was transferred several times and my call was dropped. I called back, I was blind transferred 5 times (I am NOT exaggerating) and then my call was dropped. I called back 4 more times; I tried both the local store and the customer service line. I was told to speak with an Appliances Manager named Grady. Eventually (after an hour of trying to get an answer) I left my number with an associate in Appliances (at the Doraville, Ga) store, and was told Grady would call me. I have not been called. Even if they somehow manage to get me my dryer, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm not your typical angry customer - I work in hotels and I understand how difficult it can be. But this is indicative of a larger problem. It shouldn't be this difficult to just get what I purchased (or just find out when I can expect it! next week? next month? ever?), especially with big ticket items like these. Calls shouldn't be transferred so many times. Employees should follow through when they say they will. Corporate and/or management needs to address these problems, this has been absolutely insane.
