  Upgrades are so-so but not worth what they're charging people a month. NOTE - in addition to rent, expect to pay a separate fee that averages around $200+ per month for trash, cable, etc. You're also required to subscribe to Comcast with No option to decline or go with another service. The staff is usually extremely slow to respond but some were nice. The new outside paint job is UGLY as the property appears cheap and dirty. Awesome location but they are price-gouging. The owner of this property should be ashamed. SMH!!!
