I had to purchase a set from HD to keep my installers on schedule. I went back to Builders Surplus to get a refund, instead they gave me store credit on a gift card. When I tried to redeem it this month they refused to honor it. In my presence the owner/manager demonstrated very little professional integrity or concern for his customers after taking their money. He will not receive anymore of mine.
