  This store is a joke! I rather buy muy Burberry clothing from Bloomingdales than this store. You feel so uncomfortable shopping here. Sales reps just stare at you while you shop. I was there last weekend and walked into the store at 7:50 and instead of saying hello how are you the big African American guy said we close in five minutes with a rude attitude. While this old white lady gives you a mean look just because you look through stuff. They had better staff few years back. Bought a scarf and definitely not coming back to this store.

  THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR , READ PLS !!! Worse service possible, being that Burberry is a high end store I would expect more but I guess they don’t factor customer service. Horrible experience purchased a product and was questioning if it came with a card of aunthenticity , rudely interrupted with an aggressive no , asked to see there scarves after looking for a while the sales associate gave me a dirty look and pulled it from under a cabinet ...... um I don’t work here so how the hell am I supposed to know where it is !!! Purchased a large gift , being that it was shipped in the box was damaged completely, I kindly asked if I can have a different bag being that it is a GIFT . The sale associate looked at me if I had asked to her to turn water into wine !!!! Then sluggishly opened a cabinet literally 2 FEET away and pulled out a new bag . Customers are paying hundreds if not thousand I don’t see why we can’t receive good customer service . I’m not enabled and I think it’s rude to disrespect or push around workers that do there Job ...... but that rule doesn’t apply to these excuses of employees . “ worst customer service in existence !!!”
