  I want to commend Michele Miller for outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable about your products, made recommendations, printed sales sheets and because I was having issues walking she brought products to me, Michele is pleasant and courteous and when it was time to check out she came to me to process the order and schedule the delivery according to my needs.   I tend to have a good experience with the store associates, anytime that I am at the store, except for on one occasion with a associate name MC, who apparently, due to having a "bad day", decided to take out her anger and frustration on Crate and Barrel's customers, which is unacceptable.
