  I had a prescription called in by my doctor, but wanted to call to confirm it had been called in, so called this CVS, and they told me it hadn't. So I asked if they were sure and they said they had to check messages. So I waited on phone for 20 minutes while they checked. When they finally got back to me, they said it had been called in, and would be in soon. When I got there, there were 9 people waiting in line. Then when I got the prescription, I gave them my insurance but they said they didn't accept Kaiser, so I had to pay full out-of-pocket price for me. Yet on-line, they said they do accept Kaiser, so they are doing false advertising.
