  One day I went in and talked to a nice man who wanted to help me and actually gave me good prices, but the next day I came in and this older man, I guess it was the owner, was there and he was very short and rude and gave me waaayyyy higher prices than the nice man the day before, plus the clasp on the fake diamond bracelet my girlfriend got me kept coming loose, they fixed it but still not very good quality for what you pay for.
