Unfortunately, this store is on my 'never buy from again' list. I purchased a $1,100 bag at this location, and of course was sold on the quality of the material: a nylon and leather combo that was supposed to be both durable and fashionable. It was the monster line, so of course the style played a big part in my decision to purchase. Fast forward about 4 months, and the bag is getting this awful wrinkling around the zippers, eyes, on the sides, and the bag is not retaining its shape whatsoever. I take it back into the Atlanta store while on vacation and the person who sold it to me (Rob) takes pictures to send to corporate, and says that he would text me if they will do a replacement. He is rightfully appalled and says, 'This is an $1,100 dollar bag. This is not okay!' He was right, and he provided good service. He texts me a few weeks later and he says that corporate will do a replacement! All I have to do is send the bag to them when I get a chance. I didn't send it for about 3 months, so I finally called to see if they would still honor the replacement. Turns out, Rob has been fired/left and the manager tells me that I must be mistaken because they never do replacements. She says that if I send her some pictures that she will "maybe" take a look at it. She has a condescending tone, and seems to brush me off. I like Fendi, but I spent over $1600 dollars (for the bag and a bracelet) at this store, and the *manager* brushes me off like my requests are stupid or something. Seems like they should have given Rob a promotion. They lost my business, and considering how few people actually have the money to afford this stuff, they should be very careful about pushing potential customers away. I've since sold the bag on eBay for $200 because it's ugly and no one wants a bag that's improperly manufactured.

I always have an amazing experience in the Fendi in Atlanta. All the customer service people are so friendly and instantly offer you a water on a silver platter. I am always helped and always have nice conversations with the associates. The service and products never fail to go above and beyond. The associate I mostly work with is Emily, if you go, ask for her and she will gladly help you.
