  HUGE disappointment after reading previous reviews. I'd hoped to do business with a black owned company but the operator was extremely condescending, opinionated, lacked vision, telling me i should do my car (sight unseen) in all black because that's what he does. Keep it simple" He was unwilling to listen, kept interrupting and wasn't as knowledgeable as he thinks because he had to google a common term in convertible accessories: " tonneau" in front of me. Then argued about how they are positioned in a convertible. This may be my first Mustang but how dare he assume i couldn't know what I was talking about or wanted? Stay clear. Spend the extra time, money or research on somewhere else. I have since installed a new top, new carpet and new seats AND covers in the colors i wanted by ordering them online and having someone else install them. Turned my Hoopty into a Hotty! and i get compliments everyday!!!
