  This was the best, most straightforward customer service I have recieved! Kristen did a fantastic job of getting to know our needs without being pushy. We tried Ashley Furniture for a mattress and we were disgusted by the service we got and walked out, even after they were offering discounts. We came right to mattress firm to find Kristen and make our final purchase. It was a great experience and gave me peace of mind knowing we were not being “salesmen pitched.” No smoke and mirrors. Come to mattress firm in midtown and ask for Kristen. She knows her shiz and will get you a great deal!

  Kriste was so helpful and patient with us picking out our mattress and gave us the best information possible to make an informed decision. It was a fantastic experience from the two days of checking out the store. Made mattress shopping pleasant as possible.
