  Poor customer service. The employees just walk away from you in mid conversation and don't come back. Two employees started having an argument at the check out counter in front of us. We were already standing in line... I had to interrupt them just to get a suit bag... Completely unprofessional. Management needs to get control of their store... Their rating is already 2.9... so I can only imagine how many bad experiences have not been shared via review.

  This location is the single worst Men's Wearhouse I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been there on two separate occasions, and both times, I've walked away frustrated and unimpressed. The sales staff are apathetic, and at times rude. Nobody seems to know how to answer any of your questions, and I was referred to a display, catalog, or the website multiple times instead of having my questions answered by a sales representative. Additionally, there appears to be a perpetual wait at this store, even for the simplest requests. They're either understaffed or inefficient, and discussing my issues with the manager simply resulted in my being told that "this is just how it is". Finally, the staff the work here seem to lack anything resembling basic courtesy or customer service skills - dealing with the representatives at this store is a chore, and has almost made me swear off ever shopping at a Men's Wearhouse ever again.
