  I purchased a white dress for an event Saturday evening on July 22nd. They do not allow you to try on white clothing due to damage caused by customers which is fine. When I purchased the dress it was already in a dry cleaning bag. I verified the size to ensure it was the right size. When I got home I noticed that the zipper was broken. I called the very next day and was informed that there was no manager on duty which was a lie because we all know that Asian people do not leave their stores unattended. I was told to call back the next day and that it wouldn't be an issue to get my money back being that I couldn't wear my dress to the event that night. I came the next day and was told that the manager is not available. I told the young lady to go back there twice and tell him that it's important. The associate informed me that he was not coming out. I walked to the back room to talk to the manager and explained to him what happened. He told me to get out and that he would not be giving me a refund. I left the dress there and informed him that I would be getting my money back. I will never shop at this store ever again. They are located inside a Black mall but are treating Black people horribly. This is the worst customer service l have ever received in my life.
