  Worst Nordstrom ever. I bought a pair of gloves, in Alaska, tried to return them with the tags still attached, and because I didn't have a receipt I can only get money back on a gift card? Are you kidding me? Is this a new policy Nordstrom? Because why else would I shop with you if I get treated like I'm at a TJ Max when I want to return a brand new, unworn item. Clerk was super rude, indicated she would help me, and then ignored me for minutes while she finished another task, and the lady next to her helped two other people while I stood there and waited. Very unhappy.
