  Nordstrom Rack is the discount/clearance version of Nordstrom. It can be hit or miss here, but the hits are worth the search!! Clothing for baby to toddler, little kids, men's and women's clothing from casual to formal in a wide variety of sizes. Bags, luggage, accessories, jewelry, fragrance, body/hair care, and makeup. This place has a little bit of everything for the browsing. Definitely recommend, but you'll want to set aside 1/2-1 hour when you plan to go.

  The manager during the week is very unprofessional therefore most of his employees act the same way. I spoke up one day about a transaction. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the salesperson was on the phone two counters down before being told what was going on. I ask for the manager he yelled hold on. I waited 10 more minuets for the manager. The salesperson threw my bag with item down at me on the counter while rolling his eyes acting like a female b____Because I asked for the manager. Lucky for him I'm 43 and mature because In my twenties I would have thrown it back at him. Finally after several calls and standing at the counter for 20 min or more the issue was resolved. The issue was I purchased a online item and wanted to return it in this store like I always do but the product wouldn't scan so they wouldnt return it. This was a nordstrom rack issue not mines. So now when I go to the store the employees/manager involved don't greet me when I approach the counter.. I could careless. They dont have to like me but they still have to do their job, which is helping and greeting customers especially when we approach the counter to make a purchase. The maturity level is rediculous.
