  They have a nice facility, but their customer service is about as bad as it can get. People are super nice in the store, though. I have shopped at other Progressive Lighting Stores with great results. Unfortunately, I have called and the person wouldn't answer my question and my request for service online was never even responded to. This place has an odd customer service mantra: "when a customer wants to by something from them, ignore them unless they are in the store."

  Greeted warmly to beautiful, extensive showroom! Kristen was a joy to work with, very patient as I looked at everything until I found just the right fixtures! She took me through the showroom, worked with me looking at catalogs, offered helpful, insightful advice but listened to what I said . She thought of all the necessary details. I found beautiful and unique/fun looking fans and lights for my home renovation that I am thrilled with.
