  Was easy in and out. Didn’t realize that unlocking your phone is done online now. Should have checked before heading over. Was immediately helped by someone. Told me to go online and gave me the website address as well. Good visit.

  Terrible customer service. I felt as though I was on egg shells the entire time because of the attitudes of these workers. I am in need of a new phone and was willing to pay the money, but they treated me as though they didn't even want the money. I ended up leaving the store without a sale and due to multiple experiences with AT&T employees like this, I decided to leave AT&T altogether.
