  Right before the Snow storm in January I purchased an lifeproof case from this store from Damien for my $1000 IPhone X. Damien was more than helpful to put on this $80 case to my $1000 phone. He struggled a bit getting the case on so he also applied some pressure and the case went on. Later that evening I noticed damage to my camera area. I called the store and spoke with a associate who told me to come in and speak to a manager named Noah. After the Ice melted I came in Saturday January 20th only to find Noah was on Vacation and spoke to a manager named Allen. I showed Allen the damage and explained the situation. He said Noah was the store manager and the tapes would have to be reviewed to see what happened and i would recieve a follow up call in 48 hrs. 72 hrs later I followed up because Noah or Allen didn’t. Allen explained that my phone was never dropped by the associate who applied my case. I told him I never said My was dropped. But the associate Damien struggled a bit and it’s damage to my phone.Its best you speak the Noah since you started this ordeal with him. I reminded him I had yet to speak to Noah. Then says we’ll The associate then I’ll let you talk to him. Damien comes to the line only to say he has 5 years plus experience putting on cases and the damage could only happen if the phone was dropped which he didn’t do. The extra pressure he applied couldn’t have done it. But the decision making to look at the phone was out of his pay range. He didn’t understand why Allen would put him on the line... I agreed. He said he would speak to Noah and have him follow up with me. Damien texted me from a work cell saying Noah would follow up with me since Allen never did. Ultimately Allen didn’t want to handle this so he put it off on everybody else and till this day no one has followed up or apologized for the damage done to my phone. It was lies and just terrible service just to clear your own name.
