  Avoid like the plague! The staff are incredibly rude, more interested in chit chatting with one another and treating customers as a complete inconvenience. In addition, I was blatantly lied to about the status of the installment plan on my phone with resulted in getting charged an additional payment on my next bill. I'm not sure if they are just completely ignorant or intentionally lied to me, but either way it makes for a horrible customer experience. AT&T would be wise to either completely clean house and get an all new staff and management, or shut down the store completely. This location is a completely black eye on the company.
