  Just yesterday my girlfriend and I stop by to this location just to only do a simple line add .. the representatives were all tied up with customers so we had to wait. Which was fine because we honestly had nothing to do. In the process of waiting I have to say each representative took it apon their selves to make sure each customer needs was met be for jumping to the next. When came our turn thinking it would have been only a quick fix , which turned out to be not. Due to the fact the iPhone we wanted to add was giving us issues.. Long story short .shardae made it her priority to get it done after trying numerous of times we decided to just trade it in and upgraded to a newer model iPhone anyway. We just want to say thanks again to her and her staff for taking the time to handle our situation.. it’s been years since I’ve received such great customer service on this level.. Thank you.
