After 10 minutes I was brought 1 of my 3 items and a second item that was labeled with someone else's name. After another 20 minutes an associate finally brought my remaining items that they had pulled from the floor. She asked in a rude tone "Are these yours?" and set them on the floor and walked away. Ordering on-line to this location definitely does not save you time, actually it may be quite the opposite.
