  I had the best experience at Thomasville. I've been looking for while to try to find some furniture for my new home - visited many different furniture stores - and looked online since we needed quite a bit since the new place's layout is very different from our previous spot. Thomasville had a great selection and the designer we worked with, Jo Westbrook, really invested a lot of time and energy into understanding our taste and helping us come up with a great selection of pieces and fabrics!

  UPDATE: Classic Design Services and Thomasville worked together to resolve all issues from the original installation. The CDS installation crew was very efficient and courteous and Susan from Thomasville was quick to resolve the original issues. ________________________________________________________________________ While my wife and I found the perfect furniture at Thomasville, my experiences with Jo and the delivery team Thomasville partners with have been terrible. Upon delivery of my furniture in late August 2016, the two guys who delivered it (from Classic Design Services) were wonderful and efficient, and even gracious enough to point out, take pictures of, and log a few defects that were in my bed frame. We noted these defects on the delivery receipt and they mentioned how they were going to get a technician out here to take a look at them. Fast forward a week - I had not heard anything from either Classic Design Services or Thomasville. I called Jo, the sales representative from Thomasville, and she told me I would need to coordinate that work through the delivery company. I called Angela from Classic Design Services and she claimed I would need to speak to someone with Thomasville. I called Jo back at this point and she said she would see what she could do. Now it is almost three months later, and no one from Jo's team at Thomasville nor no one with Angela's team at Classic Design Services have decided to follow up on this issue (after numerous attempts on my end to contact them). Unfortunately while the pieces of furniture are great, I have not dealt with the best customer service in this process.
