  The Top Rate Diamonds was an amazing experience. Tal was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, you could tell he was passionate and proud about his business. We went to several different grade stores ranging from Tiffany's- Kay's to get an understanding of quality and price points. Then we happened to hear about Top Rate Diamonds through a coworker and I can honestly say with out a doubt that Tals products were on par or better then everything we saw at Tiffany's and obviously at a much better price. I am honestly blown away by his business and I wish him only the best of luck in the future. More businesses should be run like this.

  Once you meet Tal you will never go to a retail jewelry store again! When you sit down with Tal you will immediately feel the difference in the quality of his craft and the environment. His years of experience are priceless. He can do anything! He made my friend a beautiful mommy pendant that is one of a kind - it has the birthstones of all four of her children and it is just precious. He can create anything from any piece of jewelry. I have seen necklaces made from old rings, multiple rings made into one, unique earrings...I could go on and on. His watch collection is amazing too!
