Service there is outstanding. Great mix of merchandise. Very helpful staff, especially Michael. I always ask for him whenever I stop by and tell friends and neighbors to do the same. Rob Williams 1 stars everyone so one would have to imagine that it’s probably not the service but rather the person.

This is the best hardware store I have visited. They are much closer to my home than the big box store (Home Depot) so I thought I would give them a try. Simply amazing the degree of customer service and great selection of stuff. You's think that a Ace hardware would be at a disadvantage on selection but they always have everything I need for day to day uses. They don't have refrigerators, though... The people that work there are also really knowledgeable, and help me find what I need to fix a problem at home. There's always somebody ready to help (no searching for a sales person) and I don't have to walk a mile zig zag around a giant store.

Very helpful staff - allows you to get in and out quickly. Store is packed with cool stuff - my kids like the 'As Seen on TV' section. Prices are higher than big box stores but worth the convenience and knowledgable staff.

I went there to get some help with painting or staining a project. I even took a sample of the wood to get the best results. I asked the clerk standing at the paint kiosk he said he didn't know that I should talk to Michael. I walked around the store till I found Michael, he was having a conversation with some friends at the front of the store. When I asked for some assistance he was really put off walked me back to the paint department pointed to a chart. Told me those are my choices and walked back to talk to his friends. I go to Ace Hardware to get personal attention. I could always go to the big box store if I want that kind of service. I won't be going back.
