  The assistant store manager Greg is rude. Called this store to replace items that were damaged by movers. The sales associate lied and said they don't have capability to search inventory. The assistant store manger Greg was just as rude, raising his voice, talking over me, and suggested I call customer service. Never address the fact that his employee kept me on hold for 20 minutes and lied.

  I've walked out of this location twice from the weird attitudes the sales staff have. I'll never understand people who work retail that are under the delusion that they don't. I thought I asked the CEO to see if an item was in stock the way he raised his eyebrows and swung his hips. These "higher" end retail stores and their effeminate male sales staff that watch too many Beyonce videos lol. I didn't know stocking boxes came with such entitlement.
