  I went into the Zales store at Cumberland Mall on September 10th and I had a wonderful experience. I went in to exchange my ring that I wasn't totally pleased with after having a HORRIBLE experience at the Zales store at Arbor Place Mall about 2 weeks prior to. The sales rep Ebony was so pleasant and helpful. She worked with me and made sure that I left out of the store completely satisfied. Thank you Ebony for your help and your wonderful customer service.

  Sharon is the sweetest and most knowledgeable associate I have ever met at a Zales store. She turned our terrible day into a beautiful one. My husband and I lost his ring that morning. I was tearful and he was unhappy about it but more upset that I was taking it so badly. Sharon helped us to pick out the exact replica and even called our NY store to verify a few things. She is the absolute best! Thank you Sharon for being a beautiful person. PS: You give the best hugs! You are appreciated.
