  My wife and I shop very often at zara. As we went to this particular store on 10/3/2017 we decided to split the bill in 2 I was sopposed to be charged $241.26 and my wife $241.00 we came to find out a few days later that my wife's card was chrged for the whole amount $482.00 and my card was charged for $241.26 till this day we haven't been able to get our money back because they don't believe this really happened. I have called twice and all they say is we will contact you soon. I am very disappointed with our experience at this store I wouldn't recommend it to a friend because of their unprofessional way of handling customer service. If I could give this store a zero star feedback I would.

  Extremely rude staff. Decent selection of clothes. But staff is rude. No greetings or even “ may I help you”. Don’t expect help when you come to this location.
